Candidates are required to report physically to the Head, Department of Management Studies by 8:30 a.m. on the scheduled day of GD&PI. The candidates should contact the Head, Department of Management Studies for any information related to the GD&PI.

The candidates should attend the GD & PI with all relevant original certificates, without which they will not be allowed to attend the GD & PI.

The candidate should produce the following original certificates for verification:

Class X certificate for proof of date of birth.
Class XII / Intermediate / 10+2 certificate.
Marks sheets / consolidated marks or grade sheet of Bachelor’s degree (in case, the candidate is appearing for the final examinations, the candidate should produce the marks memoranda / grade sheets of all the examinations up to pre-final year/semester).
SC / ST caste certificate, if applicable.
EWS certificate in the prescribed format given in the institute website, issued on or after 01-04-2026, if applicable.
OBC-NCL certificate in the prescribed format given in the institute website, issued on or after 01-04-2026, if applicable.
Persons with Disability (PwD) certificate, if applicable.
Degree / Provisional pass certificate of the qualifying examination.
In case, final result is awaited, a provisional pass certificate should be submitted at the time of counseling or before the date mentioned in the brochure, failing which the admission shall be cancelled.
CAT/MAT/GMAT rank card with valid score.

The candidates shall come prepared to stay for one day extra, if required.
The Institute has limited accommodation facility. Hostel accommodation may be provided upon arrival on a payment basis, subject to availability.
