- Introduction by the candidate about the academic qualifications (UG, PG, and PhD) and achievements, if any.
- Brief presentation by the candidate on the research proposal.
- Subject/technical interview.

List of documents to be shown at the time of interview:
- SSC/ Class X certificate in support of Date of Birth.
- Intermediate/ (10+2)/ Class XII certificate.
- Provisional Certificate/ Degree Certificate and Marks Sheets of the qualifying Examinations (UG, PG, and PhD).
- Caste certificate (in case of SC/ST candidates).
- PwD certificate, if applicable.
- For GEN-EWS candidates, the EWS certificate issued on or after April 1, 2025.
- For OBC-NCL candidates, the OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after April 1, 2025.
- No Objection Certificate from the employer, if employed.

- (a) Research proposal/ plan formulated in association with the prospective mentor at NIT Warangal,
- (b) The courses you would like to teach at NIT Warangal, if selected as a post-doctoral fellow.

File-2: List of journal publications with impact factor, journal quartile, and whether the journal is SCI-indexed.
- Detailed CV.
- Any other documents, if any.
